Great tool for the job
Easy to use straight out of the box. Simple instructions. Completed my first project (25 hat patches) in about 40 minutes start to finish. So glad I made this purchase!

Works but..
Im very happy with this hat press. It doesnt leave a ribbed indent in the hat if that hat has that line down the center. Which was an easy fix by adding a fold washcloth under the hat. Heats evenly and nice and a good size to fit into my office.
