I used this for something unusual - it's a container for electrocyclization. That's where you create crystals of a metal using electroplating. I make beautiful copper crystals. The width is perfect, the height is high enough that the anode can sit at the bottom and the cathode at the top and I can grow long crystals. And it holds about 800ml of solution. This is a good quality glass container. I wouldn't put heavy things in it, but if you wanted to use it in the kitchen, it'd hold grains or sugar without issue.

This is a perfect little jar for my daughter to store her sea shells in when we go to the beach. I love the bamboo lid it seals it really well..

I bought this to make a small terrarium for a friend. When it first came, I was a little worried that it might not hold up or be strong enough to hold the rocks and glass figures I intended to put in it but it held up well. The cork top fits perfectly and seals it well. I’d buy again.

I got this to hold my conditioner, as the original container was metal and eventually got really gross in the shower. This is the perfect size, and it looks very fancy! The lid does have a pretty tight seal, which is certainly beneficial for other storage uses, but for my purposes, it is maybe a bit too snug. Hasn’t caused any problems though, I just leave the top loosely on so that I do not have to struggle with it every time I’m in the shower.

Canisters we’re much smaller that it looks. They are thin glass. Mickey made. Cork is tight. They have held up with no problem. And they do look nice.

Definitely feels a bit fragile so wouldn’t want this around clumsy hands or little kids. However I purchased to use in a retail store as a jar for chapsticks and it works great. It’s surprisingly a lot sleeker than I expected.
