Small, easy to take
Been taking them for a month, they are small and as with 99% of vitamins taste a bit yuck but hopefully they are giving me any vitamins Im missing through my poor diet.

Energy has shot up!
Bought these for my mum about a month ago as she is pre-menopausal and suffers with low iron. She’s reported feeling much more energetic and can get through her day without feeling groggy like normal. They don’t taste too nice and smell a bit funny but as they’re very small, it’s easy to get down with a bit of water/ juice. Much cheaper than popular name brands and quality seems just as good.
