This is the real stuff. I had a biological reaction that is uniquely indictive of good quality L. Reuteri. I prefer not to go into detail. But I do recommend this product. I will advise that you put this in the fridge (not the freezer) as soon as you get it and only take the bottle out when it is time to take one. Try to take it about the same time every day. It helps me to make my own yogurt. I use a capsule as my starter, mixed with two tbl of inulin. And a qt of milk. pop it into my yogurt maker and in 36 hours on the low heat , I have excellent qt of yogurt

Not certain how I would determine the effect this early but they seem good. I’ve taken many of their products and am very satisfied. I’m trying to build healthy gut flora.

This probiotic works great I use it to make yogurt and it turned out AMAZING. So creamy and delicious. The ingredients: - 2 tablets (open to release powder) - 2 tablespoons inulin - organic half and half (I used ALDIs brand) I noticed results after consuming 3-4 times a week. So tasty I eat it plain but you can add your own toppings. Tastes just like Greek yogurt.

This is a good product if you have tummy troubles. It will sort you out and normalise things for you. I found it really helpful when my doctor wasn't interested in my issues. Whenever I mention it to people, including people I barely know, have taken a photo of the bottle to get some themselves.

I don’t write many reviews but after a week on these I have been feeling a lot less anxious and a sense of inner calm so something is working - no side affects either. Will continue and see how it goes but feeling great overall

Bit early to say whether this will be beneficial long term but no side effects so far. Plus it cant be coincidence that family have been suffering tummy bug which I avoided completely?? I cant claim me taking these was the reason I was spared but all that good bacteria??
