This is VERY effective. I ordered the whole program, and I believe this is more effective than the first part of the program. Maybe the first part helped to make this more effective.I thank Jesus that He led me to this because it helped get me back to a state of homeostasis. It helped me to be regular again. Not regular movements, but my metabolism. I remove weight VERY fast. With built up toxins, the toxins hinder the weight loss. That is why people have weight they cannot lose.I was consuming a LOT of organic raw milk and raw milk keifer. Over time, these products were not helping me, but causing bloating because of the over abundance of bacteria. When I stopped the raw milk (certified organic) and began this program, my body began to lose weight quickly like it always has, and I no longer have any bloating. I now eat as usual and do not have to worry about lingering weight because my body is where it should be without any toxins.Remember, the toxins prevent you from losing weight - it's one of the primary reasons, so be careful not to re-introduce harmful toxins in your body once removed.Thanks!

I'm on my second go 'round with this particular cleanse and I've done plenty of other cleanses (heavy metal, parasite, general cleanse, etc.) not made by Dr. Natura and I can attest that this particular cleanse is very effective and much more gentle than some of the others. Yes, you should drink a lot more water than you normally do (although you should probably do that anyway). Every ingredient in this cleanse supports internal organ health and detoxification from alcohol, tobacco, and environmental pollutants. In addition to that, the particular combination of ingredients ensures that they are actually bioavailable so you're not just eliminating them in your urine (not just paying for expensive pee, in other words). I highly recommend this cleanse.

I really love all the Dr. Natura products. This is my favorite of them all! I frequently retain water especially in my legs and this relieves it faster than anything. This is even way faster than when I consumed mostly fresh raw juice for two months and the retention took a long time (month or two) to let go even with a mostly liquid raw diet. This eliminates the excess water in just a few DAYS! Makes a good strong forceful high pressure urination which I believe is very good for us and good evidence it's working for all these reasons. Wish I never had to be without it.

With any supplement you have to make sure of the quality and integrity of product. Dr. Natura is just that, a reputable product. I have used their products for about 5 years or more and always find them effective and safe.Feel confident in purchasing any of this brand products. But whats' best is I always find them at a better price here at Amazon. So for last year or so once I found this out I get them here at Amazon. You can find a few sellers here, but look for deal being fulfilled by Amazon.

it works, and keeps me regular. but you really have to drink up on your water to keep from getting constipated from it
