UPDATE: I immediately heard back from Mike Davis, with an apology for the error. He stated he will be sending out a correct replacement order. I will deal with him again. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate a seller admitting their error, and resolving the issue to the customer's satisfaction.I ordered a 12"x200' roll to insulate my pot belly pig boys house before winter hits. This product seemed to be a reasonably easy to install, and an effective way to add some extra insulation for the boys. I received the order quickly, and it is, indeed, as advertised (quality wise). BUT, what I received was a roll of 9.5" wide (12" width is the smallest offered). Along with the roll, was a sheet of paper in the box, giving info on the product, info on the owner (Mike Davis), and how to contact him 'should there be an issue with the order'. So, I contacted the company. It has only been a day, so hopefully I will hear back from Mike as to why the (wrong) size difference, and a resolution to my issue. I will update either way it goes.

It was easy to cut for my garage doors. It was rolled up and taped so there were less creases.
