YMMV felt too Jittery for Daily Use
First off, let me be fair and say everyone's physiology is different, so supplement effectiveness is a personal issue. What works form me might not work for you. That said, I tried these Yerba Mate pills hoping for a pick-me-up, but they left me feeling jittery. For me, the side effects outweigh the benefits, I won’t be buying again but mainly because I can't really finish the bottle I have.

Great addition to my supplement routine
I love this Yatta because it helps with my weight loss my moon system, and it promotes digestive health, which is something I truly need. I’ve tried this for about a month now and I really like that. The supply is a good for two months so you really are getting the most for your money. It also helps with mental focus which I need because I work from home. If you’re looking for additional Support where the Moon health mental focus, weight, loss, and physical performance. This is the perfect supplement for you.

I've been experimenting with 6000mg Extra Strength Yerba Mate High Potency supplements to enhance my focus, thanks to its caffeine content. While I'm about halfway through the bottle, I haven't noticed a significant difference yet. However, I'm committed to finishing the bottle before drawing any conclusions. Perhaps with continued use, I'll begin to experience the benefits of improved focus and alertness.

No funny flavor
This is my first foray into using yerba mate so I don't know what to expect yet. However, it does not have a funny taste, it did not give me stomach upset and definitely boosted my energy almost to the point of being a bit jumpy. However that might be because I combined it with green tea as part of a new fitness plan. But I definitely had more energy in the morning after I took it then normally I do
