The tang protrudes past the handle
Great knife but the tang protrudes past the scales, making it a little uncomfortable in the hand. The tang extending past the scales on the rear of the handle is also unnecessary. Why have a provision for a lanyard on a kitchen knife?!?! It’s completely useless and uncomfortable in the hand. It’s like they made a cool looking kitchen knife by sacrificing comfort. I’m not totally going to bash this knife as a bad knife, because It has a great edge. It’s made with decent steel, and the knife is well balanced. I want to be able to give it more credit, but the handle feels uncomfortable. They simply caved in on cutting cost with the handle aspect of this knife.

Good looking and very sharp
This knife was very sharp right ootb. I appreciate the clean look of the blade without dimples or hollow grinds, and the no nonsense synthetic handle scales. Onios, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, potatoes, roasted eye round of beef, Pork tenderloin, a stick of Genoa salami, and a stick of pepperoni not a problem. No water stains on blade after hand washing. Good looking and very sharp knife.
