Quick relief no joke
Well I have had horrible craps in my feet and legs for weeks at a time. They wake me up from a dead sleep. I keep this next to my bed for quick access. They aren’t making it up at least for me it works in one minute flat.

It works!
I have no idea why it works but it does. I have used it for many years when I have cramped after sitting or sleeping for a while (I am an old guy). It immediately makes the cramp go away. Presto! When I ridden my bike or worked outside, I usually drink it before going to bed as a preventative measure against cramps. It does stink and tastes terrible but that is a small price to pay to get rid of the charley horses that I get at night or during the day.

Convinced a Skeptic
As a physician, I have a great deal of skepticism about medicinal preparations that have not been evaluated in well-designed clinical trials. So, when I see a product like this, for which that is the case, I am not expecting much. Add to that the fact that the ingredients are things that I would not expect to be therapeutic based on my knowledge of human physiology, and I am even more skeptical. So, why did I try this product? Well, nocturnal leg cramps are sheer torture, and I was getting them about three times a week. I searched the medical literature to find out whether there were treatments of scientifically proven effectiveness. I found almost nothing that was even modestly promising. Then I resorted to crowd sourcing, posing the question to a Facebook group of more than 20,000 colleagues. There were many recommendations, mostly for things I'd already tried. But one colleague suggested this, saying her mother "swears by it." Hardly scientific, but what the heck. Roughly three quarters of Amazon reviewers gave it 5 stars. So I ordered it and began using it every night as soon as it arrived. That was two and a half weeks ago, and I have had not the slightest hint of a cramp.Three possibilities: (1) remarkable coincidence; (2) extremely powerful placebo effect, especially given my skepticism; (3) it works.I'm going with #3.Many Amazon reviewers commented, almost all negatively, on smell and taste. Bah! It smells and tastes exactly how I would expect, given its ingredients: apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger. It smells and tastes like a pungent salad dressing. I actually like it. Be careful not to cough when you're imbibing it, because it may reflux up into the nasopharynx, and that will get your attention. My eyes watered for several minutes.Bottom line: I cannot promise you it will work for you, but it certainly has solved my problem. And even taking it in generous amounts, the cost is about 50 cents per night - well worth it!

Maybe it works.
I really haven't had a chance to try this out on any serious leg cramps, but it seems like it helped on the minor ones that I've used it on. The taste is fine, as long as you're ok with apple cider vinegar. The only real issue I had with it is that the bottle says no refrigeration needed (or words to that effect), so I left it on the counter for a few weeks. I had some leg cramps, so grabbed the bottle, took a swig and got a mouthful of gelatinous, snot-like something. I guess it did work though, because I forgot all about the cramps :) I poured the rest of the ooze that was in the bottle down the sink. The second bottle will go in the fridge IF I open it up.
