Finally got a chance to fill the tanks and found that the acetylene tank is not DOT approved so can’t be filled. Torches are decent but do not buy if your not planning on buying your own tanks!

These are Chinese bottles. They are not DOT approved and you cannot get them filled or exchange them, BUT.......... but it anyway. Buy the kit, when it comes in report it to Amazon that the bottles aren't DOT approved and you cant get them filled and Amazon will issue a COMPLETE REFUND and you get to KEEP THE ENTIRE KIT FOR FREE. Amazon said they cant tell the seller not to sell this product. They fail to mention the problem with the bottles.

Great for jewelry and very small repairs! No large torches required!

Bottles are illegal, cannot find a vendor to fill with gas.

The tanks are not certified or labeled. No one will trade them for full bottles.

Suppliers would not fill tanks due to them not meeting DOT ratings standard. So the tanks are useless

Very cheap the torch it self didn’t even last one single use falling apart very cheaply made poor quality !!!!
