You can pop an SD card into the doorbell chime (sold separately), and it just works. The chime also links seamlessly to the camera, and you can customize the volume and sounds.Camera quality is top-notch. The video is crisp, and you can switch between infrared (black and white) or full color night vision. I keep mine set to turn on the built-in light when someone approaches, and it’s bright enough to clearly see who’s at the door.A standout feature is the dual cameras—one faces forward, and the other looks downward to monitor packages. If someone takes a package without authorization, you get an alert. Easy to install (battery option), setup on app straight forwards and easy to adjust settings, motion sensitivity etc. Night time light is a nice touch when returning home whilst dark. Only improvement would be the AI features - sometime does not recognise familiar faces, mistakes package with other items. Eufy is improving this so definitely not a show stopper!

This doorbell is easy to set up but be aware that using all the features increases the battery use. I haven't used all the features set to maximum but a full charged battery is down to 58% after a week. It seems reliable and takes good images. I originally had the eufy chime connected but I returned it due to wifi issues, I got the eufy Homebase 3 instead which is much better (ethernet to router). If I was mean I would deduct a star due to high battery use if you want to use the AI features (have 2 batteries) , it is a good door cam but I didn't since you can also wire it up instead I haven'tA nice feature is the door step cam so you can see the amazon man leaving a package at 7.15am Sunday morning. You can also see what is happening when away from home. Works well with Hombase 3 and I will probably get another Eufy 4k camera for the back gardenI turned notifications down as it alerted me everythime a car drove past
