Great computer and so nice to only have a screen; no tower. Very happy with the product.

I had an ASUS laptop for several years which recently had been performing very slowly. I needed a much higher processing speed and a much larger screen and the near 24" HP screen and fast processer do the trick! I can highly recommend this with one heads-up: I bought it in August but its 12-month warranty expires in February. An HP rep told me that when they ship their electronics to Amazon they don't know how long the products will sit in Amazon's stock until they are sold, thus the warranties' expiration time periods will lessen. Be sure to check your warranty time and if need be call HP (they'll request you send them a copy of the Amazon bill of sale) or go online to HP.com and submit a request to update the warranty to 12 months from the time you bought it. Why they haven't come up with a way to correct this problem I don't know.

i just got this the other day it was cold so i let it set for a day or so before set up. I LOVE IT. quick ness is great color is good and quick. easy set up. Littlle more than i wanted to spend but it was worth it. For home stuff that i do it workd for me.

Very easy setup, but for an inexperienced user, a more detailed guide would probably be helpful. I was impressed by the speed. Also, I had to buy the wireless keyboard and mouse seperately. Aside from that, I think I definitely got my money's worth.

it keeps blinking on and off, tried contacting company with no response in the beginning, then when they did said 10 days had passed, nothing since then. Have tried a few more times and nothing. Very poor customer service. And I have a blinking computer. Getting worse, can't listen to music while doing other thing. Worse computer I have ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER!! now having to take to get fixed

Just had it going for a few weeks. It very fast. Easy to use. I’m very impressed so far. None of the newer desktop have a cd/dvd player. I added one and it worked instantly after plugging into one of the usb port. Picture and color are amazing. Love it so far.

To be honest, I would have been very happy with this computer. It never occurred to me that not all new computers do not have memory card readers!! OMG, I purchased this for my eBay room to use for listing so it's primary purpose is to transfer my photos from my camera's memory card to the eBay listing. I bought an adapter but had more days of grief trying to reformat it without any luck. This caused two stressful weeks for my almost 70 y/o self. It never even occurred to me to check if it had a card reader. It has to go back for sure. If you don't use memory cards, you will probably like this computer. I liked how bright the screen was.
