Preheat Oven. Bake for 45-50 Mins. Place Chicken (Leg Quarters best) on a rack in a Roasting Pan.
Love Shake N Bake Chicken for Dinner, cooked on a rack, over a roasting Pan loaded with sliced Onions and Bell Peppers. OMG! The juices from the Chicken, mixed with the flavours from the Shake N Bake are a Heavenly combination!

... that the new Shake n Bake is not as good as the old recipe - this one definitely needs ...
I am from the US Deep South and have to admit that the new Shake n Bake is not as good as the old recipe - this one definitely needs more herbs and seasoning. The crunch on the outside is what I was looking for, but the coating itself it not like it should be - it tasted a bit neutered. Add some seasoning and herbs to top it up.

A general overall comment about Shake'n Bake
Was very happy to source this product as I liked it very much when I resided in North America. It is a tasty way to cook chicken pieces. I do think though that deliver charges were a bit excessive; I ordered two packets on this order and the cost doubled and wonder if I had bought three, the charge would have trebled.

As good as it ever was!
Had this in the States 40 years ago back in the UK the substitute was Homepride Coat and cook almost identical but the the idiots at Homepride dropped it so I couldn't enjoy the best tasting chicken in the world, thank goodness I found shake n bake on Amazon - OK it costs a bit more boy is it ever worth it.

Expensive for the money
I had hoped that this product would come in separate sachets but mine did not . Quite a pleasant flavour but expensive.
