Pot the drops in water! I was taking them straight because that's what most dropper bottle supplements I take direct.Then after several times I read the entire box, it specifically says to take in liquid. It didn't taste bad so I never read it. Enjoy. GREAT product

This is a really great way to add an adrenal supplement to your routine. Add it to your drink and you barely notice the addition. Doesn't taste bad and I don't feel queasy after taking it as I have using some pill supplements. I love that it is organic.
