It has a nightlight
Having the outlet on the side makes this much better for placing behind furniture than some of the other timers I own.I wish there were a way to turn off the bright green light... I probably just over looked this feature in the description when purchasing this item, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.One of the timers in my two pack works perfectly but the other one doesn't keep time correctly and ends up being about 30 minutes to an hour fast by the end of every week.

Time lag
It works, but not perfectly. Just started using them and I've checked them every few hours but they are always behind on time so I have to set them to the correct time again. Now I will have to buy different ones because I don't want to have to reset them every couple hours for them to work.

Makes a loud noise after a month or so
These are okay, they work and are easily set up. The unfortunate thing is that after about a month or so they start making this weird grinding noise - it's sort of loud too. I'm going to have to toss them soon because they make so much noise, it's very annoying.

Face glows.
Maybe I missed it on the description, but the face glows when plugged in. Otherwise function is great, but I wasn’t expecting a glowing sign that we had our lights on a timer.

Worked great...for about a month
I received this product on 8 September and it worked wonderful until about a week ago (maybe September 28th-ish). One of the timers no longer works. No matter where I plug it in or which settings I configure, the light (that I have plugged into it) stays on 24/7. Bum deal! Now I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop and the second timer to stop working. Great concept... unfortunately not the greatest product.
