I get a great night's sleep with these. They are yummy too. Kinda high in sugar for such a small thing but they work great.

Works very well. Just don't use it every darn night and expect it to stay as effective! I use my melatonin three nights a week and never on consecutive nights. That way my system essentially reboots and the melatonin never loses its potency. One last thing on these dummies. Best tasting gummy in the world. Candy included. I kid you not. I wish they sold this flavor in a candy cause I would be all about that. Even smells wonderful! Some candy maker needs to find out the recipe, minus the melatonin of course, and put this on the market for everyone. Yum! Yum!

These are it if you want to go to sleep and stay asleep. I have struggled with taking straight melatonin before, for some reason if I take too much it will give me restlessness therefore counteracting the reason for taking it. Olly has added some ingredients to help prevent restlessness. I believe its the L-Theanine that helps. I don't experience the issue sleeping when taking this product and it makes me tired within 15min. These also have a very candy taste, so it's like a little treat before bed! If you value sleep, this a great addition to your vitamin cabinet.

They really work! They have the taste and texture of fruit snacks and really do help you sleep. No sugar! Excellent value.

I was skeptical because melatonin does not normally work for me. But with the Olly gummies I was drowsy in the best way within 30 minutes, and asleep as my head hit the pillow. Solved a challenging case of insomnia, and now I have weaned myself off the melatonin and my sleep cycle has regulated. They also taste DELICIOUS. Like others said, you do get the wild melatonin dreams...not Olly's fault.

While I appreciate that Olly has a vegan gummy option, these taste absolutely disgusting. So gross. Did they work for me? Yes but was it worth feeling drowsy for days and having weird, creepy dreams? No. Don't take two unless you have taken melatonin before; I was out of it for days. I might take them if I can get to bed earlier than normal but not when I need to actually be awake the next day. Three stars because they did help me sleep but two stars off because they are disgusting.
