SpanxWomen's Brief Brief (pack of 1)

Following abdominal surgery, my doc recommended a compression girdle. I've tried many approaches ranging from velcro wraps to fajas to girdles like this one from several brands. Of them, this is my favorite because it is the most comfortable to wear for extended periods without wanting to rage-strip, which still providing firm abdominal support/compression. It's not perfect, though. Like every other item of this nature, the top rolls down (though this less than most). It also has most of the compression at the mid-abdominal level (waist) whereas I need the support on my lower abdomen, so I have to shift it down a bit, which makes it sag in the crotch. Even so, this is the one I'd recommend post-Caesarean or tummy tuck or similar sugery.

These are great for smoothing out the "mom pooch" under clothing without flattening my bum. I now have 3 pairs.

I'm not sure if it's just my body shape but it does roll down. May need a larger size.

Once I found the right size (took a couple goes), the fit was perfect and hugged very nicely. I even looked at the body suit and this seems to be better because it hugs the stomach without rolling down.
