Super inconvenient to clean and get back together without gaps. Otherwise, has worked well.Note for manufacturer: making each rod longer would likely resolve this issue going forward.

Box product was packed good, but the box that box was in didn’t have any packing. Lot of machine dust and oil, condenser had heat cracks around welds (seller wanted me to get fixed and would repay), seller said would send replacement and shipping 8-12 days, got the same response after inquiring after 14 days, got same response. Thermometer got moisture in it after first run. All around not a great experience.

Initial package was missing parts. Seller was quick to replace and ensure customer satisfaction. Product looks well constructed and goes together easily. Would recommend to anyone.

Seal is weak

I am pretty much satisfied. Only problem I had was the connection on top of still , where the column connects with a tri clamp was only spot welded onto the lid…. It gave out and the column disassembled itself from the still… I bought a 2 inch tri clamp bulkhead connector to fix the problem.

Noticed right away that there was no thermometer included in the packaging, figured I could easily use one of my own, but then noticed there is NO HOLE drilled in the top for one. The only hole is for the relief valve. Going to have to drill my own hole and use my own thermometer, or return the item. Unfortunately easier to drill my own hole and use my own parts. Definitely disappointed. I recommend finding another product that comes with the items shown in the picture.
