Great free standing double oven cooker
I bought this cooker a few week ago. When using the oven part, and bring it up to temperature it is much quicker than my previous cooker, thus saving on energy. The grill oven part works really well. And when using the the gas cooker part it is brilliant and so easy to clean. Love my new cooker.

Crampton and Moore are the go-betweenness for Hotpoint on Amozen for this Great value and pls think about how cheap this cooker is. On a positive note 5 stars- BUT I had a scratched knob ( gas knob lol). I contacted Amozen and they did their job and contacted the seller - ( crampton and Moore). Tbh they fobbed me off directly to Hotpoint. I just wish I could of bybassed these ( take their cut and run merchants). Hotpoint where great bty - although be careful of the 10 yr garentee- if you take out their fitting insurance yr on yr then you get free 10 year parts. Comes with 1 yr manafacure warranty- so is it worth it?. Overall 8/10 product

Great cooker, love that it has to ovens
Great cooker,love that it has to ovens,only thing I didn't like was no gas pipe and electric cable with it,apart from that a great cooker.

Top oven never worked whirlpool says that's normal
The media could not be loaded. Top oven has not worked from new eng August this year after 4 engineering, visits only one request by me, first looked second replaced thermostats third and forth sent by live chat after informing them problem not solved. Problem is top oven does not work if main oven been on for prolonged length of time. Ie main oven 170 top oven does not switch on until 200 even though temp does not rise above 120. Engineer and technical support say this is normal and all ovens are the same. Wrote a poor review several times re problem, Shaun gives the exact same reply every time, think its an automated response. Live chat wast of time lodged 3 complaints acknowledged ever time in transcript each new person say first time I have heard of it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER LOOKS LIKE WHIRLPOOL HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM THE WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE.
