A fun, relatable read!
As a person who suffers from anxiety and depression, this book was relatable on so many levels. They say 'an idle mind is the devil's workshop,' and Christine really described how much that rang true in her personal and professional life. Christine pushed through her anxiety, adversity and depression and came out stronger on the other side. In spite of everything, Christine never lost her sense of humor or the innate ability to keep going. It was a fun tale through the ages, too, from the 1950s to present day. Her descriptive writing made it easy to visualize the styles, from clothing to cars to technologies in the workplace. I highly recommend this funny, yet honest memoir and appreciate Christine for sharing her story!

A laugh-out-loud account of one woman’s life - that we can all relate to
We’ve all had those situations at work. Where you just can’t believe this is happening. Which is why I found myself laughing out loud. I can totally relate to some of these madcap work stories that the author shares. But this book is much more than that. It’s an honest account of the trials and tribulations of life. It’s the hard stuff. The stuff you look back at with the benefit of time and wish you had handled differently. It’s real. And through it all, Christine keeps on going with strength, warmth and wisdom. I highly recommend this fun, quick and entertaining read.

Humorous, heartfelt memoir
I greatly enjoyed Christine's honest, witty, introspective account of her career life, interspersed with her reflections on sometimes challenging life circumstances. I could totally relate to some of the workplace situations. 32 jobs, imagine! No watch necessary for this author; the memories themselves are priceless. Highly recommended.

Highly relatable, must read!
This book tells the the story of the author’s journey through the “trials and tribulations “ she endured throughout her 32 jobs while weathering troubling personal events. She is empowered by her “keen” sense of humor as her challenges test her strength and fortitude. Highly relatable and endearing. A “must read”.
