Quality Steam Iron
I find this type faster to iron with its 'on-tap' steam generator with a water chamber large enough for most ironing sessions. Comes up to temperature quickly.Its best to place on a stand or work surface close by if your ironing board doesn't have an adequate pull-out table for it.Its worth the investment in my opinion and after using I wouldn't want to return to a regular iron.

Excellent iron
Very quiet but it appears not to be as powerful as I was expecting. Much less steam/ water - perhaps in an attempt to make it quieter - but all in all an excellent piece of kit and I use it very regularly. The quietness is wonderful I must admit - I can iron while watching the tv and no longer have to turn the volume of the tv up to 90 while doing so ! 😂

No brainer
This iron was a replacement for the previous model we had owned for many years, the best iron we had ever owned.New iron just as good or better.

Very poor packaging and average manual
The iron arrived when expected. When it was opened it was obvious that like others had mentioned Rowenta make good irons but need to take lessons from others in how to package heavy items. The actual iron was loose and had been marked on the side. A happy 30 minutes cleaning up little bits of while foam. Not what you expect from an iron that costs nearly £300!Now if Amazon got their act together and passed these comments back to Rowenta, they may make some changes.The manual was average at best. trying to cover too many products in one document instead of producing one for each variant.The iron has been used for one batch or ironing and does appear to work ok, albeit being a little nosier than expected. It produces steam and irons the clothes. Now I just need to find an adaptor to hold the steam pipe off the clothes.

Very quiet steam iron
Brilliant steam boiler. Great for all items to iron. This was bought as a replacement, very quiet and efficient. Would recommend.
