Great product-The eggs is large enough to have the charcoal + spices to burn.

I'm happy with my purchase of this charcoal incense burner. This one is the second one, on the first the top could slide off. They replaced it immediately upon request.I like the style and weight of this one, it's heavy enough to not get easily knocked about, but not so much so to be awkward.

This Incense Burner Set arrived super-well packed with thick foam cut to suit the product, carefully holding everything in place. It also had a bonus of a beautiful gift card and a scented hanger for the car or closet. The pieces are all excellent quality and feel quite heavy. There is a burner and lid, an incense holder with a lid, a large tray to display the set, and beautiful metal tongs for moving the incense back and forth.This is a perfect gift set for a loved one or a friend. I recommend it.

This is a very stylish and durable incense burner. I have used it with cones, mostly, and been satisfied with the results. The lid helps to direct and meter the flow of the incense smoke, and makes the cones burn for about five minutes longer than they would normally. The burner is weighted well and does not tip over when being used. (I have had that happen with others.) Product is easy to clean both inside and out and doesn't seem to draw as much static as other items in the area where it sits. The moon design is beautiful. The company also sent an air freshener for the car: it smells amazing.

Showing what the top looks like after two uses, both times without the top on for majority of burn duration. The material is plastic, though it's made to look like stone. If you're burning resins it will leave sticky resin goo on the lid (just from the smoke itself) so won't stay pristine. While it gets warm the holder itself certainly hasn't burned, so 33mm charcoal disks work well as intended.

Amazing design, after a month of use the residue sticks to the support and the base has several cracks, I tried different discs and nothing worked the cracks keep appearing. I believe it should be something made of stone.

My expectations were blown out of the water by this burner. First, as you can see from the pictures, it was packaged professionally. Once the box was opened, a thank you card and rose freshener were included on top. Wow, I love the air freshener! It smells like pure rose oil. I haven’t found them for sale online yet, but if I do, I’ll buy some. The incense burner is very securely packed in fitted foam. No way would this thing break in transit.I love that it includes a canister with a secure lid to hold the frankincense resin. Although I’d be happy to transfer the incense to the burner by hand, this set includes stylized tweezers that make the whole process feel so much more ceremonial. And the burner itself is top notch.In short, this is the finest incense burner I’ve ever owned or frankly seen in a store. I highly recommend it!

It’s adorable but I wish it didn’t come chipped on the side. Other than that I love it. It came with a little tong as well. It also came with a thank you card and a car freshie.
