You CAN use wireless with this device. BOTH the very inexpensive Tecknet Wireless 2.4G Mouse and Logitech's K360 compact Wireless keyboard work well together.

Did not work for me. I have multiple issues. I was having hard time setting it up. Performance was not good enough for me.

Cheap and fun but i have a problem, i cant hear. Not sure how to fix

Works with the Switch very well. For the price, I don't see why you would need anything else. It doesn't work with the PS5 unless you connect a certified PS4 controller, and you can only play PS4 games. ...Not sure about the Xbox Series, but it says it will.

Tried it out as soon as I got it, worked very poorly in FPS games due to their being no way to adjust your sensitivity on mouse and keyboard through some games. Gave up on it due to starting up different games, came back to it and, even with using both the original controller I got with my Xbox, and a replacement controller bought directly from Xbox, blue light continued flashing and it would not connect to anything. If anyone knows how to solve this issue it would be greatly appreciated so I didn’t simply waste 20 dollars on this
