Based in Paris, not far from the original atelier, Gripoix's small team of artisans produce each unique piece using the technique Augustine Gripoix developed back in 1869 called "Pâte de verre" or glass paste.
Honouring a rich heritage as an artisan glass atelier, costume jewellers Gripoix Paris develop a play on contrasts. From the geometric, industrial gold-brushed shapes to the organic irregularity of hand-poured glass cabochons, each piece reflects the Maison´s understated elegance.
From the workshop at the Place des Victoires the artisans of Gripoix Paris transport poured glass to levels of perfection. Sometimes taking up to a hundred hours to complete, every piece by Gripoix Paris requires a savoir-faire that remains second to none.
