Great product, my hands were sore from rice bucket training and after abusing this thing all day. I wake up with my hands refreshed. Good quality and excellent tool for building strength.

The media could not be loaded. The Hikeep exercise egg is easy to use, comfortable and excellent quality. The 5 different colors helps differentiate the firmness of the eggs which eliminates guess work and it fits nicely in my hand. As you can see from the video I purchased the product to help strengthen my hands and fingers that are now suffering from arthritis.The eggs come with a nice pull tie pouch to keep everything organized and the included manual provides a number of exercises to use in strengthening the hand and fingers.A satisfactory purchase overall and would recommend to friends and family.

These are supposed to be adult size ....wrong answer these are small.... They definitely need to take the adult out of there because these are tiny... I took a picture of the one of them that I've purchased a couple years ago and it's the right size for an adult these are little babies ridiculous if you waste your money on them you're going to see how tiny they are❓ second pick shows an old one that I have that should be the right size for a adults
