VolumeCare+ Mascara For Older Women - Extreme Length and Volume 2-in-1 Formula - No Clumps, Long-Wearing, Hypoallergenic Mascara For Sensitive Eyes (Natural Black)

I’ve been meaning to write a review on Rumi VolumeCare+ mascara for months. I just removed it after 24 hours of traveling, and decided it was time! Seriously, looked perfect after 24 hours. The first time I used the product (about 6 months ago), I pulled the applicator out of the tube of mascara and thought to myself, “Oh, this is far too wet. It’s going to be a rummy mess.” Wrong! My short stubby eyelashes lengthened immediately, and the mascara dried on them within 15/20 seconds - no running, no mess. I bought this product to specifically address the bald spots I’d been getting in my lashes. Previously, I’d wear mascara a few days, I’d develop lashes spots, quit wearing mascara until they grew back, and begin the cycle again. This has fixed that problem. Lashes are probably healthier than they’ve been in years.

It took about a week before I saw results and felt like the mascara itself was working properly. I feel like there’s always an issue when you first start a new tube of mascara, but once this had been used a few times it went on well made my lashes look longer without being clumpy. They just seem to feel lighter and more natural. They seem to withstand a 12+ hour day and when it comes to removing them, I do have to use a mascara remover instead of just my facial cleanser, but even so I don’t feel like I am losing eyelashes in that that process. Too soon to say if they are being lengthened, but this does feel like a healthy alternative to run of the mill old school mascara I’ve used in the past.

I LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS MASCARA! It ran out in 3 was after applying once a day 4 days a week. Ok well I can afford it so, I bought two more right away because I loved it so much. I wore it alone - no other eye makeup needed am- lashes seemed like they were getting longer and this nutritious mascara seemed to be it since nothing else was on my lashes. It seemed like a dream come true! Everything a girl could want in mascara!! Just a flick on the top lashes and lower lashes with of absolute perfect fabulous wand - and I’m off to take on my day. Yep! That amazing! So in love with it, so amazed with it.Until … my lash line started feeling itchy. Just a little itchy at first. I cleaned off the mascara and put some eye drops in. I’m very meticulous about makeup removal hygeine and skincare and so I figured it was just pollen allergies. But this itch got progressively worse over the next few weeks and my eyelid area above and below the lash line began itching and swelling.In 60 yrs of wearing mascara or any makeup - I’ve never had this! Im worried that it might be an ingredient in the mascara that is causing it but I don’t have the ingredient list because I tossed the packaging. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else! If you have the ingredient list - please reply here. If you have itching at your lash line and lids, please reply here. Just trying to figure this out. I need your help. Thank you

I’m 68 years old, and fortunately still have fairly long eyelashes. But was looking for a mascara to enhance them.This is a great mascara, and its wand truly does help lengthen my lashes. The color is great too. My only complaint is that the wand gets too much product on it, so I have to wipe a lot of it off. If I don’t, then my lashes will clump together, and it becomes a big mess! However, when I wipe off the excess product, then my wand and product do exactly as described in lengthening and beautifully separating my lashes. The drawback is that I’m wasting a lot of product, which is like throwing money down the drain.Oh well, at 68, I’ve learned that life isn’t perfect. And because I’m very happy with the results after I wipe off the wand, I’ll most likely order this mascara again.

This mascara is really easy to apply and it gives both volume and length to the lashes. Absolutely worth the price. My favorite mascara by far.

Does not smudge but clumps terribly after a while. Need to use another brush to thin out.

I love this mascara. I have short and thin lashes and this mascara really makes them look thicker and longer. It wears well and doesn’t irritate my eyes.

I really like this mascara. It goes on smooth and doesn’t clump. The applicator is a good design as it allows for precise coverage without clumping up when you layer. Will buy this again.
