It works. The packge delivered very quickly. The only negative for me is that these pills smell bad.

Try Calm. The Sleep pill for some reason actually kept me up. being desperate to trying anything i tried Calm mixed with 5mg sometimes 10mg of Melatonin depending on my stress levels. to my surprise it works. I have a lot of stress during the day. but I don't want to get used to it. I have always run on 2 to 3 hours now I'm getting around 5 which is a huge difference. Doctors gave me trazadone did not work at all I mean nothing. when I did wake up my heart was vibrating like a anxiety attack. I have tried cbd with thc no bueno !!! same anxiety when I woke up in the middle of the night. I pray it works for you like it does for me!! Never take Ambien unless you want to be really tired in the morning!! Your house will be super clean toilets and everything. Unknowingly you will do things in your sleep possibly. Just stay away from the doctor I was just looked at like an experiment.

This product upset my stomach so badly after taking just 1 tablet that I only used it for 5 days. Would not recommend.

Helps falling to sleep most of the time. But not 100% of the time.

The product came rather quickly . I immediately tried it yesterday and will say that I was nodding off within 10 minutes. It was the most smooth transition into rest. There was no grogginess once I woke up. Even the whites around my eyes are super white. I initially purchased to combat alcohol cravings but I really enjoyed the rest. No alcohol was had. Woo.

I've been using the sleep formula from the same company for years. That product helps me sleep every night. This "Calm" formula has no effect whatsoever. I'll keep using it, but so after a month, I see no effect.

As someone who unfortunately lives in today's society and suffers through the human experience on a day to day basis, I think it's an understatement to say I occasionally experience spikes of anxiety. Taking these allowed me to cut several other supplements out of my lineup, and I love that they're both vegan AND gluten free (a must for me!) As with anything else of this nature, if you're taking any prescription medications I would check with your pharmacist to make sure nothing in this would interact poorly with that. I have had zero issues or side effects, and will continue to buy them here in the future!
