Great product.

I thought when ordering this lighting wand that it would be a bit of an overkill for someone who is a novice photographer like myself but I'm so glad I ordered it as it's not only great fun to use but makes a massive difference to what is currently a growing hobby.Straight from the box you can see what a quality piece of kit this is and whilst aimed at the more professional photographer it's so easy to set up and use it's a great tool for anyone who wants to take better photos and add great effects.Fully charged it has a quoted run time of 2 hours (constant use) however I tend to get quite a bit more than this between charges as I tend to turn it off in between shooting but having a rechargeable battery makes it quite versatile and is light enough to be held or can be placed near your subject or attached to a stand. As well as controlling via the buttons on the wand you also have the option to download an app which allows you to control it remotely which I find to be the perfect method for making alterations to the effects.Once set up and you start to use it you soon realise what an amazing tool this is and the lighting effects are almost limitless. Full brightness is really bright and I tend to turn it down quite a bit but you have to play about with it a lot to find the settings that suit your shots.In summary I'm really impressed with this lighting wand and I think it's definitely making big improvements to my photography. It will still take me a lot of practice to get the best out of this but I'm having great fun as I learn with it. Highly recommended

The media could not be loaded.  The light includes with it a storage bag which offers protection to the light and accessories.The accessories include a clamp, network cable and power pack.The light can be operated using mains power or via the battery which has good life in it.There are multiple light modes which can be selected by using the rear controls on the light or via the app. Modes include simulating a fire, emergency blue and red and sound sensitive which responds to music.Full RGB range is available with all colours including the white being able to control the brightness an warmth.A good piece of kit for home photography, video or social media.

The media could not be loaded.  I own several RGB wands that are more at an "affordable" price range and they are decent, so I was curious as to why Neewer's 'TL60' had a more premium price tag.Long story short, this is the best RGB wand I have ever owned (at the time of review). It's big, powerful and feature rich.In addition to the above, it comes with a well thought-out carry case where the light wand has its very own sealed compartment within the case; the power cables are snugly placed in their own open compartment.🟢 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀:⚪ Decent build quality and overall size.⚪ Bright light out.⚪ A massive range of CCT and HSL with a generous amount of SFX and Gel Filter coloured presets.⚪ Navigating through the various settings and modes couldn't be any simpler.⚪ Can be used handheld or mounted.⚪ Overall, it's very versatile.⚪ Fantastic carry case included.🔴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀:⚪ Absolutely none. The media could not be loaded.  This light is definitely made more for people in the photography or music industry rather than for home use. The light is very powerful and there are lots of different options in terms of colours, hues, transitions, and sequences.Note it doesn’t come with a stand- which considering it’s nearly £200 - it makes the light very expensive. It does have a good quality carry case though.As a lay person I found the manual controls and the app controls difficult to navigate. Usually with lighting (having worked in theatre and film) I can set it up without instructions- but for this I needed to read pages of the 3 instruction manuals, to get to grips with it. The app instruction manual doesn’t even explain the settings. The manual controls have knobs and a touch slider- I found the instruction booked had a lot of jargon. In the app many of the light settings are things such as “VX-4Y” - which maybe means something in the lighting world but isn’t very easy for a lay person. However, for someone into lighting the app offers hundreds of options. To be fair there are a couple of settings with names e.g. studio lighting.There are a couple of big downfalls for me. I didn’t find the app particularly easy to navigate- there are so many options and drop down menu which go in circles. I also found that I needed to verify the app with an email code every time I opened it. Day 2, and I only had the light in use for around an hour on full charge, it won’t connect to the app (probably needs charging again). However, the biggest downfall in this, is that the battery only lasts 120minutes (2hrs). So if you’re using it for a photography shoot or stage lighting, I’d say this simply doesn’t last long enough.The light produced is very good but unfortunately, the app, battery life and lack of stand let it down considering the price.
