Recieved this bike last month. Great bike, but a tire had a bubble that I couldn't get out. I told this to the company and they sent me another tire! Great service. The bike cruises comfortably with long stroke crank(if you know what I mean). I will order one for my wife.

A good cruiser for the boardwalk. Solid, simple, & dependable. Nothing fancy which is why it's perfect for the beach & other flat terrain. Easy to lock up and doesn't attract unwanted attention. The coaster breaks never need adjustment and are pretty much failsafe. I replaced the seat with a more comfortable one since I somtimes spend all day riding along the beach/boardwalk. The bike came mostly assembled, only needing the seat, handle bars, pedals and front wheel attached. These come in several colors to fit each individual preference. Recommended.

This bike is so easy to put together, since most of it comes pre-assembled. For example, the back tire and chain already come pre-assembled, which would have been the most difficult to put together. The only parts to assemble are the front tire, the handlebars, and the seat, which are all very easy to put together! But the best part of this bike is the craftsmanship! This bike is durable and meant to last! The last cruiser bike I had easily got me through two decades and it was not even half as good as this one!!!

From top to bottom I've had a great experience with this bike and the vendor. I thought the price was reasonable, there were a large variety of colors to choose from (snagged mine in matte red), and it arrived quickly. I received an email from Dustin shortly after placing my order, welcoming me to the Beach Bikes community which I thought was very considerate and was unexpected to me. My order was placed July 27 and I received the bike on July 31, which is awesome. If I order something online, getting it fast is a huge plus. I live in CA so it didn't have to go far but still I was surprised when it was sitting on my door step today after getting home from work. The packaging was done well, no dings or scratches, and it looks great in person. Assembly was very easy, took me under an hour. If you have any experience working on bikes whatsoever you probably won't even need to look at the manual, I didn't. Really the only thing you need to pay attention to is putting the pedals on the correct side of the cranks as one side is clockwise, the other counter. You'll mess up the cranks if you put them on the wrong side so take notice of the stickers on the pedals indicating which side. I put it together, took it for a spin, made a couple adjustments to the seat height and the handlebars and that was a wrap. Like my title says, the cruiser looks great and rides smooth. I like the simplicity and comfort of the bike and it's everything I was looking for. Looking forward to the weekend to take a longer ride. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for something aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to ride.

This bike is still holding strong, years later. It's stored outside and regularly used.

6 foot 8. 300 pounds. Long story short, doctors and cedar point said I was 6'8" then one day 3 years ago, an insurance company said I was 6'5". So I have no idea what's real life now. I debated between many bikes. A big bike to fit me for a cheap price. I read a review from a 6'4" guy that said he fit perfect on it, but anyone taller probably wouldn't fit. With that in mind, it still seemed like the best fit among the rest, I ordered it. The bike company sent me an email to tell me everything that the bike didn't have, also saying anyone over 6 foot wouldn't fit. Do I still want it? It's was concerning but I clicked the confirm button. I have rode the bike 5 times, over 100 miles. I love it. I fit great and have no problems. The one gear rides smooth, I average 10mph with ease. Hills are a little rough but I'm also out of shape. I feel good on it. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Love the Firmstrong bike - comfortable, sturdy, safe. It looks good and is a perfect cruiser. It isn't light, so I don't plan on putting it on a roof rack, but I didn't buy it for its weight. Great value for the price. Beachbikes gave really great service. I ordered the bike on a Wednesday night at about 11pm, and the bike was delivered, for standard shipping charges, on the Friday afternoon. OK - I'm only 80 miles from them, but that's still great service. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow with a few tools, and I was ready to go under an hour, and I was going slow. Just all around cool!

Love it. Great bike to keep you young and in shape.

Es una bici muy cómoda y simple, no tiene equipo, ni cambios, ni cables de nada ni nada, es solo una bici muy cómoda y fácil de conducir, es de buenos materiales, se ve muy bien hecha, pero solo la recomiendo para personas que la quieren para pasear tranquilo en lugares planos.

I had bought this bike to replace a really cheaply made $230 'cruiser' bicycle from Costco that was having bearing problems after two years of fairly heavy use (about 20km a week, every week). The quality of this bike seems only slightly higher, which is disappointing considering the much higher price. The front tire rim is slightly bent and has a significant wobble. It's possible this happened during shipping, I don't know. I was impressed with how well everything was packaged and the good shape of the package when it arrived so I'd be surprised if this happened during shipping. The handle bars are quite flimsy and have significant flex to them. One good bump for a heavyset guy with his weight on them and they would likely bend for sure. Luckily most of my riding is slow and easy and this probably won't happen. Other elements of the bike seemed pretty decent. Pedaling was very smooth and quiet and hopefully it stays that way. Only time will tell. Despite the bent rim I decided to keep the bike as it was usable and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it and ordering something else as it was an otherwise reasonable bike.

I love the looks of it, but unfortunately it was full of scratches when I received it. I don't mind to be honest, but I'm sure a lot of people will. Other than that, the bike feels solid and is quite comfy. FIY it doesn't come with a front brake. I wasn't planning to put it on anyway, as I like the clean look, but still, only having the rear brake can be dangerous.

Perfect for quick rides to the park / beach / brewery etc . .some cheaper components, but you get what you pay for. 4 stars. BTW what kind of name for a bike brand is 'Firmstrong'?
