First off, I want to thank Linda from support for a timely reply via their support email and fulfilling their promise. Thank you!This thing is pretty big. It's almost an entire keyboard tall and about as wide as the average smartphone. It comes with the magnetically driven impeller, power cord, remote for color selection and Styrofoam filler for effect.My unit came with a broken impeller (sad vortex) which is why I contacted support. I got what I asked for, and more, with a replacement unit. Now this thing makes quite the vortex. It makes a small bit of noise but it's just fine. This thing is pretty cool!Thanks again!

The media could not be loaded. Even though you are given measurements prior to purchase, sometimes you don't realize how big or small something is until you get it in person. This was one of those cases as I was setting up the lamp, I was thinking this thing is so big and bulky (and I don't think it needed to be). Just took up a lot more space than I would expect from a novelty lamp.My package didn't really have detailed informative instructions but set up seemed simple enough. You assemble the lamp pieces, fill with water, drop the small balls/snowflakes into the water, and then turn on. Warning: Don't dump all the balls in the water, you don't need to, and really just need a little amount. The more you dump in, the more random "debris" that is going to be whirling around the central vortex which just makes it more messy and harder to see.The lamp element wasn't very bright or bold in its colors. Except for RGB, all the other colors were very pale/muted and not all that pleasant to look at. It did have a timer and dimmer function, and some preset dynamic color movements.This lamp started making noise a day after I got it, and while not too loud, the noise from the blades turning in the water could be heard. I was hoping the vortex speed was variable but alas it just has one setting.I liked the lamp although probably should have gotten the small size. Very relaxing to watch.

The lid was broke in half when i opened it. It did not come with the cord to plug it in and it did not come with a remote like the picture includes. Very cheaply made even if I had a cord to use it.

I believe it is a misleading ad b/c it doesn’t show what it actually looks like. The tornado is smaller than that. The tornado is very skinny. And the top of the tornado is nowhere near that radius. Also it was frustrating putting it together. Do NOT add the little foam beads and snow flakes in as soon as you put in the DISTILLED water. Run it first, let the tornado form all the way and then add the beads and flakes very little at a time. Mine came with 2 bags of foam beads and 1 bag of flakes, I assumed since there were 2 bags of the foam beads that putting 1bag in would be fine and a bag of flakes. Big mistake. The weight of the snow flakes made it hard for the tornado to form, and it made it smaller. So we had to remove some. We tried to get rid of all the flakes and we kept like 1/2 of the foam beads. If I had to do it again, even if it all went together smoothly I still would not buy it again. I think if you buy it you will be underwhelmed. I was definitely disappointed.

Great product clean efficient and it's dope definitely contributes to peace I would buy it again in totally awesome

Lights are bright which is good. But a let down. Not nearly as nice as we had thought it would be. It works and will suffice. But wish we had picked something different.
