Works great on Lenovo
Recently got a new work PC which has the mini socket instead of a standard HDMI. At first was a little unsure given the description with Mac etc.Have been using it to connect the machine at work to our training room screens which are now mainly 42 inch TV with HDMI sockets. Having the adapter saves me carrying a bulky projector with me as well as a laptop. Worth every penny

Excellent cable, high quality
This is a high quality adaptor cable, approx 20 cm long, by Leicke Distributor Germany. It is being used to connect a MacBook Pro to an HDTV, using a standard HDMI lead (purchased separately). It has gold plated connectors (Thunderbolt plug at one end, and a full-size HDMI socket at the other). Shipping by Amazon was (as always) speedy and efficient, and it was well packaged too. Great purchase!

A trustworthy product - recommended!
It really annoys me that Apple don't provide standard ports such as HDMI or DVI, or why they don't provide adapters, but I also begrudge paying silly Apple prices for them. I'm always a bit sceptical about buying cheaper non-Apple adapters, but this arrived and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality. It was packaged up well too. Worked brilliantly on my Mac Book pro. Fully recommended!

Works!
Purchased this for my wife's MacBook Air. Worked great, although did not auto connect. Showed Apple's univers back drop. You have to go into preferences and select the tv for output same for sound. Worked well afterwards.

plug and play
Arrived very quickly, plug and play - no set up required. Why did I not get one sooner. I can finally link my MacBook Pro to my telly via the my current hdmi cable.
