Wraps your arm without hinges to pinch your skin
My husband has lost significant amount of weight from cancer. The original cuff on his iProven BPM-617 is a hinged cut that pinches his skin when inflating and the velcro is no longer staying secure. Due to his significant weight loss this last year, I needed to find a size small cuff without the hinge. This cuff is an adult sized small cuff that is an easy wrap so no awkward wrapping of a traditional cuff. So much easier to put on and remove - slips on and off your arm. The adapters didn't fit my BP machine so I took the original connector off the old cuff and used it on the new cuff. Works perfectly with a comfortable fit.

Easily connected to my old Omron blood pressure tester. Suggest you carefully measure the circumference of you bicep before ordering so you get the right size. The first one I ordered was way too big for me.

Just what the doctor ordered!
A small cuff is used for me when my blood pressure is taken in a doctor's office. Having a cuff too large or too small can alter the readings. I ordered this cuff separate from my Omron Platinum monitor as it comes with a large cuff. My forearm is 10" around and this cuff fits perfectly. The part that goes on the forearm is shaped and easily fits onto the arm without having to struggle to wrap a cuff. This was a much needed purchase and I highly recommend it for those with small forearms.

Numbers compare nicely to the old one.
Numbers are the same or close to my old, large cuff. I am 5'3" and about 135 lbs. This cuff fit just about perfectly and is very easy to put on. As some mentioned, the cuff is a little stiff were it meets bare arm, but that is a plus to me. Definately not for larger folks.

Worked for my Omron 10 series
I needed a smaller cuff for my Omron 10 series, which was surprisingly hard to find! One of the attachment pieces options was perfect for this. I like that the cuff is molded in a round shape so there is no pinching at all when it inflates. Seems good quality, I think it will last for awhile. The readings seem accurate as well.
