The utility you get with this camera, especially relative to what you pay, is absolutely insane. I used this to peer in the cylinders on my 1969 mustang when I had a headgasket leak, and could clearly see the inside of the cylinders, features of the cylinder walls, and all the little details. The camera has 100% plug and play functionality and worked right away with my iPhone. It does feel fairly fragile, but unless you're abusing it you'll be fine. Insane value for money.

Works well, it has helped me with several projects already. I had an immediate need to figure out how to access some points of a lawn mower that were blocked by shrouds, and was able to determine the best way to do this using this scope. I've tinkered with it to examine some areas in my house that I hadn't seen in 20 years due to blockages from fixed appliances. :)The app seems to work well, but if I exit and try to run it again, the cam isn't found. I just close it on my Android device home screen, and then open it, and it works fine. I cannot ding the app for this, since it functions perfectly.

Overall it works as described. App was fine on my old samsung s10+. Clarity was good, light was good. Unit does tend to get warm. The only problem (for me anyway) was that the line is stiff, think like a bendy floral wire. That my not be a problem in most cases, however I was trying to see inside my wall for a squirrel. I hve to go up 8 inches thru a tight space, and then through an opening and back down. Since the line is stiff, once I go up and thru, going down is very difficult to navigate. I tried tying some weight to help pull it down, which helped. But then I am at the mercy of the weight and can not really navigate to see around. Worth mentioning, as I expected the line to be more loose and flexible. But otherwise, I am sure this would work well if keeping the line straight.

I have had a few similar cameras over the years, this one by far has been the easiest to use. Just download the app, it will ask if you want to run the app every time it detects you plugging in the camera, I said "yes", so whenever I plug it in, app fires right up. SO much easier then some of the others I have dealt with that require bluetooth or worse yet ones that run off their own "wifi" network (connected without internet type thing). Picture quality is fine as far as I'm concerned, it blurs a bit when it gets too close to an object but it has to be practically touching the object for that to happen, and I think any camera would do that unless it had an adjustment (I have one of those and they are still a bit of a pain). As a side note, I have skin cancer, and doctors want to check my skin every 6 months or so. One of the other cameras I bought was for that, it was a joke compared to this one. Tested this one to see if it would be any better, way better. So that helps between doctor check up's. Very happy with purchase

I didn't have high expectations for this for the price it was but honestly I am extremely happy with this purchase. It requires an app to use but it works well, I have had 0 issues with the app and it seems well constructed. I purchased this to see behind some walls without demoing large sections and it has worked perfectly. You can set the app to launch whenever you plug it into your phone and that also works well.Pros:-Durable-Light works great-Comes with a variety of tips (such as a wire hook)-App works well and doesn't have any issues-Comes with adapters for your phone portCons:I do wish the diameter of the camera was a little smaller but overall not worth removing a star for.I would recommend this item and purchase it again.

Plug & play. I've had issues with other endoscopes, no problems with this one just plug it in, it automatically opens the app. Good brightness, focus, nice long cable. Outstanding value for the money. This is a screen capture of a video of a dark hole under my sink, I couldn't get in enough to even see if there was a leak. The endoscope easily answered any questions I had about it. I've used it for a lot of other things I just didn't save the video. You'll be happy with this scope.

I tried to find out what's in the airduct causing faulty smell, but the quality of picture wasn't good enough. In addition, it was hard to control. I ended up going in the crawl space to find the cause of smell directly.

This is a great endoscope. The picture quality is very good. The light is bright. Cord is long. The app is easy to use.However, the app wants access to everything on your device. And will not operate unless you grant that access. Why would an endoscope need to know my calendar or contacts or location? File and camera access for videos and pictures is all it should need.
