I can't speak to it's authenticity however it's delicious!! I've had poutine from a restaurant near me and it was like nothing I'd ever tried before and was craving it. I ordered it yesterday and had some frozen fried cheese curds and fries and as soon as it got dropped off I made it! Omg! Soooo darn good! It's a bit expensive but I'll gladly pay it again!

Just like from across the border. If you like putine and don't want to make the gravy from scratch, this is a great alternative. Excellent flavor.

The St-Hubert Poutine Gravy is absolutely perfect! Rich, savory, and full of flavor, it tastes just like the restaurant version. Every bite is pure comfort—and as a Quebecoise, it is just what I needed!

Not as good as ClubHouse Poutine sauce but true to the taste of Canadian St Hubert Restaurant! Very expensive due to shipping, if you go to Canada, stack the sauce in your suitcase instead of shipping it!

I order this for my husband’s side of the family to make Canadian Poutine and it’s perfect. You can’t get the taste right without this gravy mix. Will keep ordering, could also do the Canadian chicken sandwich's too. Flavor is fantastic. Price isn’t too bad either

This sauce was perfect for my Thanksgiving meal, my relatives were very pleased with the sauce and I convinced them it was homemade!! It blew our socks off and I was very happy with the taste and consistency.

The poutine mix is not at all as good as the regular St. Hubert sauce.
