So I bought this eye cream and yes it’s real! But I instantly knew it was used. Originally when I bought I tried to cancel right away cause I wanted to buy straight from the company website since Amazon sometimes will ship out used products.They didn’t approve my cancellation, said it was about to be shipped??? Even though I just put the order in 1 minute before??Whatever… so the item came and I was excited cause it looked authentic and when I opened it I took it out of the box and noticed that there was this plastic round perforated seal was right under neither it. I was like ok that’s weird and then I unscrew the lid and realize that seal was meant for the inside of the product. ?????Like come on Amazon!! ANDDDDD when I take the little extra lid off there to be not a lot of product for the amount of money being spent.I returned it cause I didn’t know if it was used or jot. And for the money I am spending I better be the first one To use it.The return back is ridiculous. You have to wait a literal 30 days for a refund cause you can’t just drop it off at your local Kohl’s you drop it off at your local UPS which takes forever.What I did was bought this item and another item from the website! Highly Recommend doing!! You get a ton of free samples and shipping was fast!When I opened the product from the website (Which is the same exact product I bought from Amazon) It is the same exact item, but it was not used. I screwed off the lid. The perforated seal was tightly on the product when I took the off and opened up the container was nearly full!!!!I am so happy I returned the one from Amazon Amazon, and bought from the website because this ice cream is everything it is luxury. It is nice. The packaging is cute so if you’re gonna be buying high end products do not buy from Amazon directly from the website. Yes the shipping may take longer, but It will be worth it.One last thing, this product will last you a long time the littlest amount goes a long way and doing too much with this eye cream, end up pilling really bad, but you really only need a little bit and I’m telling you I feel like I saw a difference within the first night. I used this eye cream.

i like this product a lot and a little goes a long way. there is a rich creaminess to this but the only issue for me is the lid keeps coming off after i twist it on and its hard to open when there is other stuff on your hands

I don't want to judge this based on the eye watering price tag since you're aware of that when you buy it. This is a very very rich thick and heavy cream for your under eye. It's quite luxurious. You can use it on its own, when I put another cream on top [not on purpose but just as a general step] it pilled a little. On it's own, if you're careful not to overdo it it feels really nice. I've been dying to try this brand and I get the hype but I don't think I'm the type of person to repurchase. Also the jar is annoying to open.

This is an odd eye cream. It comes in a Jetsons-style container that's kind of cool to look at but a pain to use, particularly removing the cap.The cream has a very mild, almost unnoticeable but pleasant scent. The texture is extremely thick, like peanut butter if you leave the lid off for a few days. It requires using more product than I would typically apply in order to get it to apply smoothly and evenly without tugging. If I don't use enough, then I have to "tug" and put undue stress on the eye area to distribute the product. The instructions are very specific with dabbing the product on the back of your hand, then dotting around the eye, and using the third and fourth fingers to massage in via small circles.It doesn't quite absorb so much as sit on top of the skin, like a waxy primer. It actually feels really good and it's a nice sensation to touch the eye area and feel the baby soft, smooth skin. However, it can rub into my eyes during the day, and it sort of "pills" from the excess product, like an old sweater.I have not noticed any short term effects or improvement, other than once applied it does feel nicer than any other eye cream I've tried. No reduction in dark circles or puffiness, but then again no product has ever worked for me for those. I will update my review accordingly if I see improvement after continued use, or at least till I use up the little jar.

I have used other products from Sulwhasoo. Their products are usually expensive, but they work well. This eye cream is really nice. It has a very very faint scent, like a floral scent. The scent doesn’t linger at all. I like the way this cream feels. Its not too thick. You don’t need a lot since its just being applied around the eyes. I have noticed my wrinkle lines have improved. They don’t look as deep as they did prior to using this eye cream. I use it day and night. I like the way my concealer and foundation look on top of this eye cream. It is a great eye cream and my go to eye cream at this time. The only downfall is the bottle is not large and it is very expensive. Since you aren’t using a lot of the product daily, I do think this bottle will last some time tho.

This is truly a luxurious eye cream. Thick, cream, hydrating, and yet not heavy. I can only attest the fact that this eye cream does plump up fine line but that’s about it. I hope over time i can see more of my deeper wrinkles smooth out but hopefully before this jar runs out. The price is quite high but if it can deliver than it’s definitely worth it.

This is a silky cream for the delicate under-eye area. It glides on and hydrates dry skin but I have yet to see any noticeable difference in wrinkles or dark circles. That being said, it is a good moisturizer, but it costs more than I would normally spend on a beauty product. Will continue to use regularly and hope to see some improvements soon.
