Good, but drips sometimes and doesn't fit all carboy necks
Sometimes there's a bit of water left in the spout, and it'll fall out unexpectedly. I had to wrap my carboys' necks with duct tape to thicken them enough for this to get a seal. Once or twice the bottom half of the "straw" has detached, and I've had to pour out the water into another container to get it out.Overall, I'm pleased with the thing. It gets the job done.

Works great.
I tried 2 different electric pumps that were just horrible. The water came out like a trickle. Took forever to fill a 16 Oz glass. Your manual pump is fast and I love the way it seals on top of the jugs. The others just sat on top. No way to affix them to the jug. That IMO is ridiculous. I am happy with the produce and I would recommend it.

It is bigger than I thought it was!
It is large, but it works really well.After I found a bottle it would fit on. Most of the bottles you can buy in stores have too small a neck. I found a 5 gal. bottle made by Brio and it works with their pump - but it probably the smallest one that would work with it. The collar tighten clamp is all the way down.It is meant for the bottles that have the plastic pull top seal. Like you get from the water delivery truck. Not the ones with screw on caps so much. They say that it fits 48 and 55mm bottles, but how does a consumer measure that? I don't have a caliper.It works really well! I like that it doesn't have a battery to charge, just push on the big knob on top and water gushes out. Make sure to slow down as it gets full or it will spill over.

Not as good as Dolphin, but works.
I have a Dolphin brand pump and this one. The Dolphin works perfectly after 2 years of heavy use. This one is already dribbling a little.
