My students love this bear. I have a great groups of kids this year who do not trips to the calm down area. However, when we have free time to read or take a brain break, many will ask to go sit in the rocker with the bear and take deep breaths with her (we named her) and enjoy the lights. It is very calming tool in my class.

I often get up early for Saturday morning English Premier League games that start at 4:30. I put Hugo beside my recliner and turn on the nightlight and dim it. It is not glaring, but nicely lights about half of my living room and saves on the electric bill. I can move around safely if I need to. That helps a lot whether or not I do the breathing exercises. Plus, Hugo is very cute and nicely squishy.

I bought this for a grandchild who sometimes has a little anxiety going to sleep, thinking about being ready for school the next morning. She is in elementary school and instantly fell in love with this!! She squeezes it and really loves "the personality?" of it. It is very soft and colorful and is easy to breathe along with. She enjoys it like a fun little toy she takes to bed but I plan on getting one more here!! It really helps you push out thoughts and relax into breathing as you watch it change colors for inhaling and exhaling. I think it is based on good breathing techniques (a few choices) and is a great product! I wasn't sure, but for the amount she uses it and enjoys it, it turned out to be a great value for the money.

I received my package but it is missing the charger cord.

Child loved it but within a few hours the touch sensory to change the brightness malfunctioned and the light would constantly flicker I'll be returning and buying a new one. I bought the koala for my other child with no issues so I believe it's just the one.

I got them as stocking stuffers for my kids. My son is non verbal and LOVES it. He says “hippo” every night at bedtime. I think it’s very soothing even if they don’t do the breathing exercises. It’s soft and you can squish/ deflate it and it pops back to normal.

Great nightlight it was 2 white light settings. The breathing patterns are easy to use for and adult or child. Its very durable, soft and squishy. Small enough to carry around in the car our diaper bag. Battery last for a couple weeks before needed to charge again. The night light shuts off after an hour.
