I have had this cctv system for 6 months and I'm very impressed.I bought the 4 cameras and 3TB NVR.Easy to install and set up.I bought 2 extra cameras and added to system(6in total).With 6 cameras running 24/7 the 3TB memory stores over 5 months of footage. The picture quality is excellent I would highly recommend. Also I needed some advice and emailed customer services,their response was first class,prompt and helpful.Jason from customer services communicated over WhatsApp and sorted all queries.Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service had a few issues but the helpline was extremely helpful and got me set up. Pleased with the cameras and set up good quality.

I've been using different camera's out side of the house in the past and none would work together on one app. This Hiseeu system does everything and more that I will ever need . With the 3 TB storage there is plenty of space and I can go back well over a week ( with the three camera's, I've fitted up to now). The picture on the monitor is very clear and playback and zoom work's great. the night time view is also very clear and face tracking works very well. I also found it very easy to install the app on my mobile phone and share the camera's. Over all I consider this system a good investment and am very happy with it.

The cameras work great the signal drops now and then but the quality is good enough across short distances. The furthest camera I have is around 6m away and is a clear line of sign with no brick wall in the way. The microphone is loud and clear and the intercom works great. Audio quality isn't the best and can be hard to make out but is there and in an emergency you could probably make out around 70% of the conversation. (Testing this out ourselves with our conversation and a neighbour who agreed). However there are a few problems I have encountered. Firstly the monitor will randomly reboot and whilst doing so is not recording any footage and around half the time says that there is not storage device when there is. (What it came with). Secondly a serious one is that the cameras will seem to at random every week or two turn around as if they are calibrating which isn't necessarily a bad thing however they won't always go back to thier original position... The cameras can end up facing into people's homes and windows. This is very serious and illegal and has me very concerned as this is out of my control. Is there any way to stop this? This typically happens during early hours of the morning (around 2am) so they could be facing into someone's home all night without my knowledge until checked. The ptz control works however no matter the setting going up or down or left or right just tapping once the camera will move the same amount however will slowly drift.. It can be finiky just to get them back in the right position. The app won't always allow playback footage as well which is incredibly annoying especially when police ask to view some footage to help in an investigation. This can be very awkward. I do think if these issues can be addressed just by a software update if possible then the cameras would be perfect for the price.

I already had an aging Hiseeu system and it had never let me down so this on top of the glowing reviews I didn’t hesitate to purchase this and as they had one “Used nearly New” I was fairly confident.Almost 9 hours ago and these hours nothing but misery and frustration.The description like new is stretching the point , the monitor is marked the power supply clearly used .Half a manual which is torn and 2 pages of how to connect again in a poor state .Connection ? If this is plug and play I am Dutchman I have no idea who had it before or even if it had been factory reset all I do know is it’s the worst tech I have had the misfortune to encounter even now after 9 hours one Chanel has just fallen over ( and the damned cameras are up now so more ladders tomorrow .Trying to get this system to connect with my phone has proved impossible and just given up .The app is one of the worst I have used but worked fine on the old system but failed time masterTime to recognise this one .I can only assume there is an issue with this unit that or the hype is just that , HypeI will be returning this on Monday and just put it down to a bad experience.Perhaps a used unit was a mistake I don’t know and to be honest I’m pastCaring now

They are perfect for what we needed...worck in all weather conditions on a good vision quality. Connection is soo easy to make, keeping all area in good security mood. And is more functional when you connect to the app.

I bought this system for my house. I think its a perfect substitute to the system I used to have, All you need is a 13am socket inside your house close by where the camera is installed, there is a 2 meter long power supply attached to the cameras, but if required you can buy a 10 meter extension off Amazon. Being able to see and record images/video 24 hours a day via my NVR screen (supplied) also my mobile phone, and now on my laptop as well. The pictures have really clear images on all of my equipment, I love the human tracking with the PTZ cameras is incredibly usefull this follow's people where ever they go and as far as the camera can see them which cuts down on how many static cameras you need for 360 security. You can zoom into car number plates/faces. I think for the cost of this system which includes the 4 PTZ cameras an NRV recorder and a 15" screen to view all the cameras you really cant go wrong. Night vision is in colour if you want and is equally as clear as daytime recordings, for the price I highly reccomend this system and would not hessitate in advising anyone wanting a CCTV system to purchase this as you wont be dissapointed.
