The product is good but the knobs won’t stay on.

Not what was ordered, no instructions JUNK!
There are no instructions included, I tried following what it says on here but what is pictured IS NOT what I received and I can't make it work. WHY CAN'T THEY INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS?!?
