Bought this for a snorkelling trip to the Red Sea and it was fantastic. Lightweight, strong, collapsable and allowed me to take close up shots. Rinse afterwards with fresh water.

The selfie stick looks good, has strong locking rings which are easy to use and the base has a female 1/4 threaded hole for mounting.Unfortunately the top 3 prong mounting designed for go pros etc is not removable and unless your quite skilled at engineering modifications you will NOT be able to easily mount a standard 1/4 thread camera etc.I would have given a 10/10 if the top mount was removable.

This is a seriously impressive piece of kit that really shows up most brand competitors shortcomings and for the price it also shows up the serious overpricing of others. The slide works easily with a very short twist and locks securely without any movement, rattling or bending even at full extension. Altogether it is the lightest I have ever used and is easily portable in a small bag when in its two sections. The floating handle does indeed float and it will hold the weight of a GoPro hero 8 black no problem as I found out when mine fell off the kayak into the river.Overall this is something not to be overlooked for professionals or recreational use. Seriously well made, seriously light, seriously good value for money.

Nice and light easy to use and waterproof

After much reading I decided to go with this full carbon fibre GoPro extendible pole mainly for the fact it floated in water. The full pole (ie both sections) is very light approx 200g and it does indeed float in water with the GoPro attached. Build quality is very good and it comes with all the attachments needed to attach the GoPro to both sections of the pole.I had read a few reviews that the lanyard can unscrew by itself whilst underwater and seeing I was using this in the sea I didn't want to run that risk so I super-glued the threaded screw on the lanyard into the base of the pole and had no issues at all.The pole was easy to use underwater and on land and the length was very good for snorkelling and diving where by I could get the Gopro closer to the fish without spooking them.Overall I have been very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Great value for money - well made, does exactly what it claims to do. Very pleased.

Good price, very light and expensable to a decent distance to take nice videos. The stick is very good for the price however, two downsides. The screw from the pole and the extendable was a bit loose sometimes, in my case underwater was causing vibrations moving stick around to record fishes. The part that gives you grip take a decent time to get dry, making sometimes uncomfortable to carry with other stuff that got wet.

Personnellement utilisé pour la plongee, je vous la recommande facile à démonter pour la rincer peu de partir metalique donc pas de problème pour la mer. Elle est très polyvalente. Vraiment de ne regrette pas mon achat. La qualité est la!!

Habe die Schwimmstange jetzt drei Wochen im Meer genutzt und bin begeistert.Schwimmt und ist auch leicht zu reinigen. Leider war das Gewinde an einer Stange leicht beschädigt, sodass ich es reklamierte. Absolut toller Service! Bild gemacht und weggeschickt. Nach ein paar Stunden kam die Antwort, dass man mir eine neue Stange schickt. Kein gezetere oder schicken sie dies und das.Das nenne ich Service.Ich habe trotz dieser Beschädigung volle fünf Sterne gegeben, weil ein Materialfehler immer vorkommen kann und ich wirklich begeistert bin.
