This product is great because it has no taste . I add it to a cup of water in the morning and then before bed . Im really focused on balancing my hormones so I hope this helps.

This particular product wasn't for me, But...
This particular product wasn't what I was looking for and yeah, I complained about it online. Fortunately, the owners of Wild & Organic saw my dilemma and offered me a refund, that was above and beyond the call of duty. While this product may not be exactly what I was looking for, I suspect that there will be other products in the Wild & Organic line that I would be interested in and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this fine company again.
