This is exactly what I wanted and needed. The removable outer fabric is a smooth satin on one side that feels cool on my tired eyes. The other side is velvety soft. It blocks the light and the weight is just right.

My poor wife's anxiety attacks have been completely unmanageable for the last couple of months.I prefer natural remedies. I have to because it's not like I can prescribe her medicine anyway lol. This truly helps with relaxation for her. I put more lavender essential oil on it for her as it has a weird smell. But it's made very well. I have used it for cold and warm therapy for her. It's functions well with either. I'll definitely buy some more when it's time.
