It provides all that it states. the controls are easy and the heating is fairly quick and efficient. I feel it helps me in the ways it was designed. I can treat my hands and my feet and other joints as well. Even my husband enjoys using it at times.

Really helps the pain in my hands. The wax is thick and of good quality. Not crazy about the scent.

This heats quickly and has a large wax basin for feet and even both hands at the same time. It does take a lot of wax to get to the MIN full line, I used 12 of the 16 packages to get to MIN, and the remaining 4 packages got me about 25% of the way between the MIN and MAX markings.I have a much smaller Conair wax bath that takes forever to melt and my hand barely fits in. This is a huge upgrade from that.

I've been using the product for a few weeks now, and it is fantastic. It’s very easy to operate. I personally love the smart mode as I can just set it, forget about it, and come back once it's ready in about an hour (I put in 16 wax bars, which is why it takes more time to melt). The large container is great as I can put both hands (up to the wrist) in at once. It's very relaxing, reduces the pain in my hands and wrists, and overall, just an awesome product.Their support team is top-notch as well. I encountered a problem with my initial purchase, so I sent them an email and immediately got the help I needed.

The Karite 9000ml is sleek and easy to use. The three modes are pretty straight forward and gives many options for use. The size works well and has plenty of room. The only feature I would like to see in the future models is a way for it to stay on for the week vs dealing with the 24 hour auto-shut down. However, this is easily overcome by just turning it off and back on at my lunch break and it’s good for another day.

I have only used the warmer once but it worked fine. I was most unhappy with the wax that was included with the set. It didn’t peel off. Some of it crumbled, some peeled, some had to be scraped off. I had quite a mess. In the future I will be looking for a different wax.

My warmer stopped working and they sent a new one asap. I will write an update once i get it and try it out.
