My mom is a teacher so she is a pretty good person to review a book for elementary students. We had the Golden Book of Taylor but my granddaughter was ready for a more challenging and informative version. It’s great! I even read it before giving it to her! It’s hard to find books, biographies especially, that will keep this generation interested enough to actually read it through. I hate the TikTok generation and I cringe when someone shares “news” from a TikTok video! UGH! Let your Swiftie be inspired by this woman’s story that starts with a childhood dream. She shares true and invaluable lessons for young people that can get lost in the world in its “Taylor Swift Era”.

Happy as can be to buy my kid actual books to encourage classic reading instead of hopping around from different online websites. This book is also a great entry into adult style chapter books.Most importantly, my kid read the whole thing, enjoyed it, and learned! I read through parts of the book myself, and thinks it's a great, small investment to make for a young mind. The info is straightforward, detailed, fun and interesting too!Inspiring my kid to read actual books and also learn about great people throughout history is my new best idea. Hopefully he puts what he learns to great use!Great learning series for kids!

I bought this book for my niece because my nephew enjoyed the Walt Disney one so much. I like that these books have vocabulary highlighted and defined, the biographies read like fiction, and the level of writing is appropriate for kids who are just past beginning readers. I'll be buying more of these biographies for my niece and nephew.

Needed a book for 3rd grade biography book report and this book was perfect for that.
