Gutted and disappointed
So excited to receive new hob. Only to be so disappointed it is not supplied with a connecting lead. Having paid over £460 from a well established supplier and manufacturer, it is astonishing this is not mentioned in the description. I have never encountered purchasing an electrical item that needs an addition item to be purchased before it can be used and not being told of this before purchase. On raising a query, I am now told my electrician will have to supply the cable. I have had 2 induction hobs before and both came with collecting cable! As to its function cabilities... Who knows?
