Very pretty selection of eyes. All safety fasteners worked securely. Only one of the eyes had any manufacturing blemishes (chipped edge, can be hidden with higher pile fabric easily). Overall I would definitely get this again, as they come in certain colors that are not common in other eye variety packages. Item photos ARE accurate to the product you will receive, however I must clarify that is you are looking for an attractive metallic sheen, ONLY THE GOLD/ORANGE has this effect. All other colors are a traditional matte appearance, though the hues are vibrant and still very attractive.

I’ve been a crocheter for a few years. I got around to making animals, especially cats and snakes lately. I noticed the craft stores in my town don’t have many options in these type of eyes that I need. I ordered this one and I really like that I’ve received them quickly. I also like having five different colors I can use for the cats and snakes. The back pieces are a little different from what I usually do with other safety eyes, but I have no problem figuring out how to put it together. It really brings the cats and snakes to life and people really admire that part of the animals. My own grandma mentions wanting a black cat with green eyes, so I’ll definitely use this one for it. I’ll order more in the future.

So far these cat eyes seem nice. I have put them on one stuffed animal I am making. The eye is attractive and the washer snapped on easily for application. The colors in the photos they provide are accurate. The eyes I have looked at are not scratched. The largest eyes had a plastic film on them that easily peeled off. I think this protected them from getting scratched in the shipping. The smaller eyes do not have the protective plastic film, but they do not seem to be scratched. Each size was in a separate little plastic bag. I am using a thick yarn with a size G, 4mm needle and the size of the post and washer are good for my project. Eye stays securely. Everything is as described. I cannot speak to longevity of product as I have just received it and attached it to an animal I am crochetting. I like that I can pick from a variety of colors and sizes. I will say, if these cat eyes are not attached exactly at the same position on a toy then there is an appearance that the iris may be a different size on one eye. This is just an illusion though because of the reflective curve of the eye which magnifies the "slit" of the iris in the toy eye. This is also the impression you can get when staring at your own real "living" cat! The curve of a stuffed toy, like an amigurumi animal, if the animal is not stuffed evenly, one slit in one of these eyes, may seem a different size than the other one. I fixed this by adding a little more stuffing and kind of squashing and evening out the stuffing. I like these eyes and am happy with my purchase!

These eyes are just what I was looking for! I make a lot of cat dolls as a hobby and I needed some more cat eyes. They are hard to find in the store and you can’t beat the price on these!

Haven’t used any yet. Would have been nice to have instructions on how to put the eye piece and backing together. Went on line and found the answer there.

These arrived quickly & were reasonably priced, but the main thing for me was the range of colours and sizes. The ones I used were 12mm
