I love how accessible and practical Lily makes DEI for HR, consultants and practitioners. It's no nonsense, builds the right foundations and encourages individual growth. This could be a great overall leadership development book that would build great leaders and teams in every corner of the business. Not preachy or overly academic.

This book is packed with information and exercises.

As. 10 year practitioner and trainer I’ve built many of my own tools and resources. This one is a culmination of my favorite tools and approaches in one text. Great for working with teams or as an individual who wants to stay sharp in your practice. Highly recommend for all levels of leadership in the space.

Lily Zheng, the author of DEI Deconstructed, is a compelling thought leader in the DEI space. In this workbook, they have published exercises that will help you improve the knowledge and skills you need to work in or contribute effectively to DEI programs.

To understand what works, first we need to know what doesn’t work. What a brilliant book. Recommend it to everyone in the corporate sector.

Incredible step-by-step insightful guide to help you do the work and ensure you're holding yourself accountable. With both of the books, you now have no excuse to not be putting in the actions to better yourself in your DEI work and understanding. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.
