I got this supplement mainly for CoQ10 and for Shilajit - I love this combination: the former providing heart support and the latter gives me vitality. But there is more in this formular that adds to its benefits - like a couple of vitamins (E and B1) and MCT powder, as well as Black Pepper for super absorbency. A good product!
