Quality tool
I got this to replace an older model that lasted 10 years with just one battery change. It started giving inaccurate readings and I probably could have replaced just the probe but it was a 10 year old electronic tool so I figured it would hurt to replace it. The new one came calibrated straight out of the box and has given very accurate readings over the last 30 days as I expect to get 10 years or more out of this one. You get what you pay for here!
