This product makes no sense
This comes with a CD with application for the hardware. CD cannot be read and therefore product is useless.

Fantastic Product Until It Stopped Working
Worked very well for a couple months, saved me time and trips to the mechanic and allowed me to diagnose my car. I love it until one day it just wouldn't connect to the computer. I think that one of the pins broke. To be fair, it felt very flimsy and hollow. For the time that it worked, probably my favorite thing with my car couldn't find anything better.

Use win.rar to unzip files on disc.
It works! Remember back to the old windows xp days. You gotta unzip the disc file using win.rar. just watch youtube videos on how to use it.

Junk do not buy
Junk the CD they sent you with it. It says it’s corrupted. Do not waste your money. This was a waste of my time and a waste of my money. Well, I’m getting my money back junk junk junk junk junk.
